The assessment test is a very good tool for managers to see what your ethics are. For instance another employee eating product before paying for it what would YOU do? Think about it. The answers all revolve around policy. It is considered theft if it is not paid for before eating. Same with someone leaving a shift early without clocking out. That is also theft. If you are willing to turn your back on company policies and not report the incidents then you would be considered a risky candidate. While you may not know the policies before the test, most questions are heard toward this sort of thought. And the managers test is very different t and much more complicated.
