I found this forum by accident.I am recovering from a severe B12 deficiency.Had no idea that it would make me so sick, I can't absorb food or vitamins and over 5 month period I lost 50 lbs, had no energy, cold chills, heart problems, nerve damage, depression, severe anxiety etc. Heard rumors a month before I resigned (they turned around and terminated me). DM took me to receiving room, SHINED LIGHTS in my eyes, asked what drugs was I on, pills, etc. Did not follow procedure for termination, had NO supporting evidence. Biased based on gossip. I'm from California, and these people are unreal. My assistant and my part time key had friends call corporate on me, they kept logs of every time I asked them to come in an hour early during my last month (sorry, I was tired of throwing up and checking customers out). I worked 5:45 am to 3 pm, was the district's training manager.Only got one day off for doctor visits. Never took breaks. Gave my employees all days off requested.I treated them good because I can't stand managers who abuse their position. They knew I was sick but used the weight loss against me. There was no drug test. They never asked for my medical records, which shows that all drug tests were negative.Went from 168 to 118 lbs and scared I was dying. I finally got treated and need B12 and iron injections plus vitamin shots for life.I now weigh 135 thank God. I took my job seriously. No junk on floors, swept, mopped, dusted, only one RT in back room. No overstock. !st place weekly for sales and customer service till the very end. The store looks horrible now, kills me to know that.I didn't deserve that, there are managers who don't work and disrespect their team,I don't believe in that. Going to sue,and wanted to see if anyone else had this happen.Took 4 months to recover, this happened July 26.I'm more hurt than angry, I loved my position and training new managers was something I took pride in.Any questions on policy I can answer for you guys BTW
